Subscriptions for the issue are available starting on December 21, 2023, and they end on December 26, 2023. 

The price range for the company's shares is ₹426 to ₹448.

This ₹570 crore book-built issue consists of two parts: a new issue of 0.71 crore shares, totaling ₹320 crores, and an offer to sell 0.56 crore shares, totaling ₹250 crores.

The allotment for the Innova Captab IPO is expected to be finalized on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.

The IPO is scheduled to go live on the BSE and NSE, with a provisional listing date of Friday, December 29, 2023.

The IPO's book-running lead managers are Jm Financial Limited and ICICI Securities Limited 

Manoj Kumar Lohariwala and Vinay Kumar Lohariwala are the company's promoters.

In order to meet its working capital needs, the company plans to use the net proceeds from the new issue to repay and/or prepay some outstanding loans, either in full or in part.
